• All interior and external accessible will be cleaned smear-free. (within reasonable heights for solo worker)

Remove paint and cement splashes from floors, windows, frames and where necessary

Remove all unnecessary stickers and tags from bathtubs, toilets bowls, basins, doors and glasses

• All rubbish will be removed, and put into the appliable bins if accessible.

Tile and grout cleaning

• Tile & grout cleaning when applicable (After it has been sealed). Tiles will be cleaned and wiped with detailer.

Vacuuming, Mopping and sanitising all floors

• Vacuuming and Mopping is performed edge to edge to ensure no debris is left on the premises.

Cleaning all common areas such as corridors, car park, lobby
